Physical Therapy Staff
Our Downtown Boston physical therapy staff is very knowledgeable with many years of experience in outpatient orthopedics. In addition to their higher education in physical therapy, they have both obtained their Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as well as multiple continuing education coursework which separates them from other therapists. We are unique in that we offer excellent quality one-on-one care without overbooking or double booking so that each patient gets the time and attention that he or she deserves.
Our clinics consist of private treatment rooms with modalities and privacy for hands-on treatment. We also have access to the fitness floors at the Sports Club LA and Healthworks fitness clubs where we are located. Therefore, we have the finest quality of fitness equipment at our fingertips and our patients feel very comfortable using the necessary tools for their therapeutic exercises at the end of therapy. Most physical therapy clinics do not have access to such a wide variety of nautilus machinery.
Jeremy Hudson, PT
Throughout my career my passion has been aiding the body’s natural healing power based on the belief that with the appropriate guidance an individual’s ability to recover can be augmented. My fascination with the human body and physical fitness made physical therapy an ideal career path so I chose to attend University of Connecticut based upon its reputation as a premiere public university with strong life science curricula. The educational experience was not limited to the classroom as I worked several jobs at UCONN ranging from graduate teaching assistant to Fed ex package handler.
As working, full time student, I learned the value of time management, attention to detail, as well as building a rapport with those who I serve and who serve me. After graduate school I began studying Strain Counter-Strain and functional movement patterns which has shaped my practice philosophy. Strain Counter-Strain depends on the hands of the practitioner to mobilize the soft tissue to reduce pain, restrictions, and tension. Once tissue restrictions are decreased movement reeducation is employed to achieve maximum movement with the minimum cost to the body.
My personal interests include nutrition and agriculture as I believe the two go hand in hand. Agriculture has been in my family for several generations and even as the number of family farms dwindles some continue the practice. With my exposure to agriculture and interest in nutrition I have come to believe that what comes from nature will heal the body naturally. As an ambassador of good health, I engage in a great deal of exercise including light weight training, calisthenics, and daily walking. My values carry over to my practice as I promote healthy living including referrals to fitness professionals for lifelong prevention and maintenance. I hope that in sharing my passions I have motivated you to take strides to improved physical health. So if you are ready, willing and able, let us take that first step together.

“Rehabilitation requires the skills of a knowledgeable therapist as well as the commitment from the patient or client to achieve their personal goals. Focusing on your abilities and passions helps to set these goals, but acknowledging areas of dysfunction or weakness will help unlock an individual’s true potential. My goal is the same for every patient or client I see…to help you find that key that helps relieve you of pain and dysfunction, and also unlocks your greatest physical performance.”
