Downtown Boston Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine

Advance Your Health With Acupuncture

The practice of acupuncture is the stimulation of certain acupuncture points on the human body for the purpose of controlling and regulating the flow and balance of energy in the body.

This can include acupuncture, Chinese herbs, proper food-combining, and other traditional Oriental medicine adjunctive approaches.

A patient’s illness is closely related to the emotional, physical, and chemical aspects of a person.  The acupuncturist address the pattern of pathology and treat the individual taking into consideration the continuum line produced by the interactions of body, mind and spirit.

In Chinese medicine, the internal ORGANS are actually the power of ORGAN FUNCTION, not the physical structure of the organ.  Chinese and Oriental medicine emphasizes the performance and functions of the organic structures.

You will experience the finest quality care through the use of modern acupuncture equipment and technology. Karin Kramer has a genuine concern for your well-being!

Most people would rather be healthy and avoid illness, if they could. This is one of the main reasons for the big surge in the popularity of acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Individuals are improving their health in an effort to reduce the risk of pain and illness in the first place…that’s responsible personal health care.

Dr. Richard Asks some important questions of interest to Downtown Boston residents - Chiropractor Downtown Boston Dr. Richard Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
Why do so many drugs require a prescription?
Because they can be dangerous? I chose a chiropractic career specifically because it avoids artificial means of pain relief. Our Downtown Boston chiropractic practice attracts health-conscious families that prefer a safe and natural solution. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
